Twas the Night Before 5k
Please note that the Twas the Night Before 5k will not be taking place in the park this year due to a conflict with the light show and the tourism bureau. We will be holding a race the same night and time as originally scheduled but at an alternate location in Columbiana. As soon as we have approval from City Council we will update our runners. If you have already registered we will contact you with the updated information!
An evening race lit with luminaries along the route. This is a new route for the second year and will take place in a different location then last year. Please stay tuned for updates.
Registration takes place at Columbiana High School and starts at 3:30pm and closes fifteen minutes prior to the start of the race. The race begins at 5:00pm promptly with Miles of Smiles timing the event. It is chip timed!!! Raffle prizes will be given starting at 5:45pm and awards start at 6:00pm. Awards will be given from inside the all purpose room. Free parking available!
Top three overall male and female receive trophies in the 5k. Top three overall masters (40+) and grandmasters (50+) also receive an award. Age group awards will be presented. Highest donation amount turned in by November 30th will receive recognition the night of the race.
